Notice on requirements for shipping Indian goods through TNT channel in Hong Kong

Dear customer, hello!

After receiving notification from Hong Kong TNT, for all parcels sent to India, the recipient should submit KYC(Know Your Customer) with signature and seal and Authorisation Letter to the customs when the goods arrive at India Customs to assist in customs clearance. If the recipient fails to submit the relevant customs clearance documents to the local customs in time, the goods will be detained upon arrival at the Indian Customs until the recipient submits the information before entering the cargo clearance process.

Please note that before shipping the goods, it is necessary to confirm that the recipient has the customs clearance ability and cooperate with the local authorities to provide relevant customs clearance information. If the recipient fails to cooperate with the local customs clearance within the customs clearance period, the goods may be forced to be returned or destroyed by the local customs, and the recipient and the sender will not be notified separately before the return or destruction, resulting in all customs clearance delays and costs. Note: KYC=Know Your Customer, that is, government recognized identification, address proof, such as: passport copy or Voter ID or Permanent Account Number (Permanent Account Number) or Driving License.
